Office Hours

Monday – Friday

8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Parking – Dallas Office

We have complimentary parking located in the garage behind the building as well as surface-level parking spots. Valet parking is also available for a fee.

Parking – Frisco Office

We have complimentary parking in the garage attached to the building. Complimentary valet parking is located on the surface level of the garage as well.

Insurance Information

What to Bring

1. Driver’s license or a valid ID
2. Insurance card
3. Referral letter (if required)
4. Reports
5. X-rays, MRIs, CT scans (required at the time of your appointment)
6. List of medications (if any)

Preston Road Apothecary is located in the building for your convenience.

After-Hours Emergencies

If you have medical questions, prescription requests, insurance inquiries, or other questions that are of a nonurgent manner, you are encouraged to call the office during regular business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, you may call the office at (214) 220-2468 and the answering service will direct your call to the orthopaedist on call.
