Insurance Information
The plans listed below represent most of the insurance companies contracted with the Carrell Clinic. Some of the insurance companies have multiple types of plans (HMO, PPO, etc.) in some we participate, and others we do not.
In some cases, our physicians are not accepting new patients under certain plans. If you have any questions regarding participation, please call the physician you are interested in, and his coordinator will be able to let you know if the physician is accepting new patients for your insurance plan.
Please be advised that if your plan requires a referral, you will need to get that before your appointment. You will also be responsible for any copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and open balances at the time of your appointment.
